The present work documents the noise pollution levels at stone crushing unit near Dharwad. The noise levels were recorded at two different processes related to the stone crushing activity. The noise levels during blasting process ranged between 102.8? 2.6db and 130.4? 4.6dB. During crushing process the noise ranged from 97db to 116.2 dB.
